What is GEM Content Engine?

A single-file AI tool that ships a complete content pack from one idea.

GEM Content Engine is a single-file desktop AI tool that turns one content idea into a finished pack of script, image prompts, video prompts, captions, and carousels for every channel you run. Six specialist AI agents handle the work in about five minutes. One-time purchase, lifetime updates, runs locally on Ollama or against any cloud LLM with your own key.

The problem

Solo creators are doing the work of a 6-person team.

You have ideas. What you don't have is the time to write 8 captions, design 12 thumbnails, write a 1,200-word script, brief Midjourney, and adapt it all for 4 platforms. So you ship 10% of what's in your head.

i.
ChatGPT alone is too generic
A blank prompt gives you blank results. Specialist agents with tight constraints beat one generalist by a mile.
ii.
Other tools rent you the workflow
$49 a month, $99 a month, forever. GEM is one purchase. It runs on your machine, and it never expires.
iii.
Adapting for every channel is the boring part
YouTube isn't Instagram isn't LinkedIn. GEM rewrites for each, with the right tone, length, and hashtags.
iv.
Image and video prompts are a craft
GEM writes Midjourney v6, DALL-E 3, FLUX, Kling AI, and RunwayML prompts, all tuned for each model.
What you get

A complete content drop, not just text.

Each pipeline run produces every asset you need to publish across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and your blog. Copy-paste ready.

Six agents that think differently.

There's no single prompt pretending to be six different things here. Each agent has its own system prompt, its own JSON schema, and its own job. They hand work down the line. Brand sets the voice. Scout finds the angle. Architect builds the title and the retention hooks. Writer drafts the script. Visual writes every image and video prompt. Adapter rewrites the whole thing for each platform.

  • Brand voice memory carries through every output
  • Each agent's JSON gets validated before the next agent runs
  • You can rerun any single agent without touching the others

Image prompts for every model.

GEM writes tuned prompts for Midjourney v6, ChatGPT Imagen / DALL-E 3, and FLUX.1, in every aspect ratio you actually use: YouTube thumbnail, Instagram post, Story or Reel cover, Facebook cover, YouTube banner, blog hero. You also get five ready-to-paste ChatGPT photo prompts per piece.

  • Per-model prompt syntax, already tuned
  • Style guide carried through every prompt
  • Multi-slide carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn, with slide text plus an image prompt per slide
★ Midjourney v6 · YouTube Thumbnail
Bold cinematic thumbnail, founder mid-30s sitting at minimal dark desk staring at camera with slight smirk, neon teal "FIRED" text overlay, $11K invoice glowing on screen behind, dramatic side lighting, ultra-detailed 4K, --ar 16:9 --v 6 --style raw
★ ChatGPT Imagen · IG Reel
Vertical 9:16 cinematic portrait: solopreneur mid-30s in profile against deep teal-to-navy gradient wall. Soft rim light from behind. Bold cream sans-serif text reading "I FIRED MY AGENCY" stacked vertically on the right third. Cinematic color grade.

Channel-perfect copy for every platform.

YouTube gets an SEO title, a 400-word description, chapter timestamps, and 10 tags. Instagram gets a caption, a reel hook, cover text, 12 hashtags, and a best posting time. Facebook gets a hook, a caption, and a post type. The blog gets a title, meta, and an intro. Each channel gets its own copy, not the same blob pasted everywhere.

  • Each channel gets its own audience and tone profile
  • Best posting time estimated per platform
  • One-click PDF export that's already designed and ready to hand off

Who is GEM for

Built for the people doing the work of a six-person team.

GEM Content Engine targets operators who publish daily across multiple platforms and don't have a team behind them. If you recognize yourself in any of the six profiles below, GEM was built for you.

Faceless YouTube operators
You run one or several faceless channels and need scripts, thumbnails, and YouTube SEO packages every week. GEM cuts the production time on each video by roughly 80%.
Social media managers at small agencies
You manage between 5 and 30 client channels. GEM gives every client per-platform copy, image prompts, and hashtags without the per-seat SaaS bill.
Indie creators with 3 to 10 brand accounts
You operate a stable of niche brand accounts. Brand Kit memory keeps the voice consistent across every channel, and JSON save/load lets you snapshot a campaign.
AI and tech newsletter writers
You publish daily on a fast-moving topic. Scout pulls live signals from Reddit and HackerNews so your content stays ahead of the wave instead of three days behind.
Solopreneurs building in public
You don't want another monthly subscription draining your runway. GEM is one purchase, runs on your machine, and the data stays yours forever.
Course creators and coaches
You need polished scripts, image prompts, and per-platform copy to fuel your content funnel. GEM ships the whole pack in one pipeline run, no agency required.
A real run, today

What GEM hands you when you sit down to actually publish.

One trend goes in, and you walk away with a full pack. Sized for the AI and tech creator audience, where ideas move daily and people want concrete workflows, not vibes.

Today's pack: AI agents replacing office work.

Scout pulled the trend. Architect framed it. Writer drafted the script. Visual handled the prompts. Adapter rewrote it for each platform. You won't be running follow-up prompts, asking it to "tighten this for me," or sitting in a long thread of regenerations.

  • Audience pain: people hear about AI agents but don't know what to automate first
  • Hook: "Stop using AI like Google. Use it like an employee."
  • Carousel angle: 5 boring tasks AI agents can handle today
  • CTA: Comment "agent" and I'll share the beginner workflow

The quality bar

Six rules every drop must actually clear.

A lot of AI tools just produce average content faster. GEM is wired to refuse the obvious filler. Each agent's output gets graded against the rules below before the next agent runs.

i.
One clear idea per post
If the post tries to say three things, it says nothing. Architect picks one angle and kills the rest.
ii.
A two-second hook
Curiosity, tension, or a contrarian frame in the first line. No "in today's video," no warm-up filler.
iii.
Specific examples, not generic advice
Real numbers, real workflows, real tools. Writer rejects its own draft when it goes vague.
iv.
Visuals that match the brand
Brand voice flows into every Midjourney, DALL-E, and FLUX prompt, so you don't get random AI art slop.
v.
A CTA tied to the business goal
Not "follow for more". Save, share, reply, comment, or click, picked per channel and per intent.
vi.
A human approval beat
Pipeline output is a draft, not a publish. You always read and edit before anything ships.
Founder's Edition

Nine dollars. Once.
Forever yours.

I'm building GEM in public, and the first 100 buyers get a deliberately steep discount in exchange for honest feedback. After 100 founders, the price goes to $29. Then $79. Then $149.

100 / 100 founder seats remaining
Why $9, honestly

I'd rather have a hundred humans I can email than ten anonymous Stripe charges. Founder's Edition takes price off the table as the reason you don't try GEM today. After a hundred sales the price moves up, and I really won't keep it at nine dollars.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about GEM Content Engine

Do I need to install anything?
No. GEM is a single HTML file that you open in any modern browser. The one thing you might want to install is Ollama, which lets you run the AI locally for free. Otherwise, paste an OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter key into Settings and you're running.
What's the cost per generation?
Ollama costs you nothing. OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini runs about two to five cents per full pipeline (that's six agents and roughly thirty LLM calls). Claude Sonnet sits around twelve cents. For comparison, Jasper bills you $49 a month whether you log in or not.
Is my data private?
In Ollama mode, your data stays on your machine. In cloud mode, your prompts go straight to whichever provider you pick (OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter), exactly the same as using ChatGPT directly. GEM has no server of its own. We never see what you generate.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes. Founder's Edition includes a commercial-use license, so you can use the output for your clients, your own brand, or your own products. White-label rebranding is on the roadmap for higher tiers once GEM ships its team features.
How does Scout pull trends, and where does it fall short?
Scout reads live signals from Reddit and HackerNews directly in your browser, since those services are CORS-friendly. Google Trends is stricter about CORS, so by default Scout falls back to r/popular as a trending proxy. That covers about 95% of niches well. If you want the full Google Trends feed, the User Manual walks you through a one-line local proxy. The point is, you always know exactly what Scout is reading.
What's on the roadmap after I buy?
Founder's Edition buyers vote on what ships next. The bigger modules I'm working on are a daily auto-brief tailored to your niche, an approve / edit / regenerate / reject workflow with version history, direct publishing to Buffer, Later, and Meta, and a performance loop where yesterday's winners feed tomorrow's brief. Because lifetime updates are part of the license, every release lands at no extra cost.
What's the difference vs. ChatGPT alone?
ChatGPT is a generalist that hands you a blank prompt. GEM is six specialist agents with locked schemas (Brand, Scout, Architect, Writer, Visual Director, and Channel Adapter), each with its own system prompt, output validation, and handoff to the next agent. You get a finished content pack in about five minutes instead of a long thread of follow-up prompts.
Updates after I buy?
Lifetime, forever. Founder's Edition buyers get every future release of GEM at no extra cost. v1.8, v1.9, v2.0, and on from there. They land in your email automatically.
Why so cheap?
Honestly: I'm building GEM in public, and the first hundred buyers matter more to me as people I can talk to than as revenue. Every Founder gets a direct line for feedback. Once I hit a hundred sales, the price moves up to $29, then $79, then $149.
Does GEM work with Claude or other Anthropic models?
Yes. GEM supports Anthropic's Claude through the Anthropic API. Paste your API key (it starts with sk-ant-) into Settings, select Claude as the provider, and you're running. The Writer and Visual Director agents work particularly well with Claude's longer context window. A full pipeline run on Claude Sonnet costs roughly twelve cents.
Can I use GEM without internet access?
Yes, completely. Install Ollama locally on your machine, pull a model like qwen2.5:14b, and GEM runs entirely offline. Your prompts and generated content never touch the internet in Ollama mode. The only thing that needs internet is the initial download of gem.html and the Ollama installer.
Is GEM beginner-friendly?
Yes. The thirty-second on-ramp is in the WELCOME.md file inside your buyer ZIP. Open gem.html, paste your provider key (or point at local Ollama), pick a niche from the twelve quick-start templates, and click Generate. Most buyers ship their first finished content pack within ten minutes of downloading.
How long does it take to generate one content pack?
About five minutes end to end. Six agents run in sequence: Brand voice (30 seconds), Scout trends (40 seconds), Architect structure (45 seconds), Writer script (60 seconds), Visual prompts (75 seconds), and Channel Adapter (50 seconds). Times vary based on your LLM provider, model size, and connection speed.
What's the difference between Founder's Edition and Builder, Operator, and Studio tiers?
The four tiers ship the same gem.html with identical features. The only difference is timing and price. Founder's Edition ($9) is the first 100 buyers. After that the price moves to $29 (Builder), then $79 (Operator), then $149 (Studio). All four tiers receive lifetime updates within the v1.x major version. Future tiers above $149 will introduce team seats and white-label rebranding.
Is GEM open source?
No. GEM Content Engine is proprietary commercial software with a one-time purchase license. The single HTML file ships unminified, so you can read every line of the code if you want to. You can also modify it for your own internal use under the license terms documented in Terms of Service.
Can GEM generate full videos?
GEM writes the video prompts (Kling AI, RunwayML, scene-by-scene) but doesn't generate the video itself. You paste those prompts into your preferred video AI to produce the final clips. This keeps GEM free of recurring video-generation API costs and lets you pick whichever video model fits your budget.
